Jill is a renowned, L.A. based fitness professional with multiple certifications including the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and Stott Pilates. In her nearly two decades of fitness training experience, Jill has touched the lives of thousands of people by helping them improve their quality of life through physical activity. Her career objective is to “I.M.E. - Inspire, Motivate and Empower” people to find their inner strength and connect it to their bodies.
Jill is the co-inventor and owner of a new fitness product coming out in 2012.
Throughout her career, Jill has taught at all of L.A.’s most prestigious studios and fitness facilities, specializing in a variety of training methods ranging from Spinning, to Boot Camps, to suspension / body weight training, to Pilates and various types of Fusion and Functional workouts. Over the years, Jill has developed and designed various unique and popular workouts including a Barre-Pilates fusion called "Barre Code", a 30-minute core class (“Ab Lab”), a Bosu Boot Camp, a Pilates Fusion (butt, thighs & core) class, “Jill Brown’s Revenge Workout” Boot Camp, a seasonal training Spinning program and many others. Currently Jill teaches Spinning, Barre Code, Pilates, and Boot Camp classes at Sports Club/LA, Gold’s Gym-Venice, Revolution Fitness in Venice, private residences and outdoor parks
